If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does not include instances where youve purchased say, a region 2 DVD and it wont play in your region 4 player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you are about to purchase.
